The 2nd annual George M. Dawson 3 on 3 basketball tournament was held over the past weekend with net swishing success!  15 teams participated this year with round robin games on Friday, January 20th and a double knock out schedule on Saturday, January 21st.  Over the two days of rim rattling tournament competition there were many games for the crowd and the players to enjoy.

GMD girls and guys teams would like to thank everyone who attended, played and volunteered to make it a righteous slam dunk this year!

Tuesday 13 December GMD is hosting an “Honouring our Haida Language Elders feast” from 11:30am to 2:30pm – we welcome everyone to attend.  Please bring a dessert.
